We met with Doga College students for a focused seminar designed to strengthen safe communication, healthy peer relationships, and a stronger awareness culture in the school environment.
We talked about how peer bullying can appear not only in physical form, but also through verbal, emotional, and digital behaviors. To help students observe both themselves and their friends more carefully, we used real-life examples, group questions, and short interactive exercises.
Throughout the seminar, we shared practical steps around recognizing bullying, asking for help, setting healthy boundaries, and building empathy. The goal was not only to define the problem, but to contribute to a safer communication culture within the school.
We focused on helping students distinguish the difference between a joke and harmful behavior.
We explored how daily language shapes inclusion, support, and the emotional safety of others.
We discussed when, how, and from whom students can ask for support in difficult situations.
We highlighted the role of classmates, teachers, and school culture in building a safe environment.
We can design awareness-focused seminars and workshop flows for students, parents, or school teams together.
